System Upgrades: Expected Service Disruptions in May & June 2026

Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµâ€™s Information Technology Services (ITS) is currently performing maintenance on the campus infrastructure for critical services that support University operations.

Multiple services will be impacted in late May through the end of June. The maintenance is scheduled to occur during off-peak, non-business hours during the workweek and on weekends on the dates below.

Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Note: You will temporarily be unable to send emails if you use desktop or mobile apps like Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird configured via SMTP.
